Employees simply wave their proximity badge (15 included) in front of the PC700 wall mount time clock to punch in or out, eliminating contact and reducing the spread of germs. A paid subscription to Lathem's PayClock Online web-based time clock software is required and sold separately. Punch times are transmitted securely by wi-fi or ethernet to the PayClock Online cloud-based time clock software for calculating worked hours including overtime, editing, reporting, and exporting to your existing payroll software including ADP, Paychex, QuickBooks and more. The PC700 includes features for both employees and supervisors directly at the time clock. Employees can clock in and out with a proximity RFID badge or PIN and perform additional functions on demand such as transferring departments, entering tips, viewing total worked hours, benefit time balances, and messages from their supervisor. In addition, supervisors can view their employees' in or out status, send messages and override schedule restrictions.
